The system combines the very latest multi-beam (DWL) direct-write-lithography technology, first developed for the micro-electronics and semiconductor industry, with world-leading design software to create sinusoidal, Fresnel, blazed, triangular and other types of profiled structures at high speed onto photoresist blanks.
